Irish freelance photographer David Lyons has been undertaking location assignments locally and internationally from his base in the heart of the English Lake District for more than twenty years. One of the professions most versatile operators he is equally comfortable shooting documentary style portraits, archaeological sites, or aerials of cruise liners. He especially enjoys the challenge and responsibility of long term, complex projects and is an award winning multi media installation designer and producer. He has specialist knowledge of archaeology, geology and the human environment and is sole photographer of over twenty books.
